Why can't God forgive satan so that there will be peace in heaven hell & earth.

Argument: "Why Can't God forgive Satan so that there will be peace in heaven, hell & on earth.."
We Understand from this statement:
Claim: There is violence
Reason: Because God is not forgiving Satan.
Deduction: If God Forgive Satan, there will be peace.
Well, apparently it looks very logical but in serious theological terms it isn't.
There are two types of theologies we have:
1. Natural Law Theology (NL)
2. Occasionalistic theology (OC)
As this question is raised by Atheists. We Will ask a simple logical question:
Why Do an Atheists commit agreed upon sins (like murder, rape, lie, cheating etc)?
What force is driving them to do these sins? There are two possible answers.
1. Its Satan
2. Its their Free will/Choice.
1. If they Believe its Satan, then they are actually accepting what is against their ideology/theology/religion.
2. If they say that its a free will. We Muslims do agree with that and this is the true answer.
In Natural Law theologies, evil is not necessary, it is only possible. There are two types of Evil:
a. Natural Evil
b. Moral Evil
Natural evil can be reduced so disasters and diseases will not kill anymore and one only has accidents in the world.
And moral evil can be reduced by reducing poverty, taking into account one's genetical and neurological make-up etc. Making moral evil an exception.
In occasionalistic theology, God wills evil on the world, and thus this cannot be stopped. In Natural Law theology God allows the possibility of evil in creation, and our test is how much evil we allow to exist. So in NL theology the test is how much we invest in reducing evil, in OC theology the test is how we endure it..
It is a total misconception and misunderstanding (even in Muslims) that Satan is cause of every sin on the planet. Both theologies accept that Satan can only seduces man to moral evil, but he is not the cause. He can only act as a catalyst. The cause is person itself and his free will. (Idea of Free Will isn't against religion? We say: No. We fellows of NL do believe in free will and choice)
To further support my point I want to quote a verse:
"And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They (angels) said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know.""
(al-Baqarah, 2:30)
It is important to note that, Angels arguing this even before the incident of Satan being cursed !!
Which clearly shows that Satan is not cause of Moral evil but human itself..
So the reasons mentioned do not support the claim in the question and question itself is illogical. And man will be asked for his sins, not Satan !
Peace can only be made by Human itself and it has nothing to do with God Forgiving Satan or not !
